HAVE I GOT OLD (TRACTOR) NEWS FOR YOU
Market share figures released - for 2011

John Deere market leader
Tractor market share figures for 2011 have just been announced.  This time blame the European Commission for an earlier ruling that the figures can only be released after a year has elapsed (where's that referendum!)

At the year-end 2011, the total unit sales for tractors were 15,217 and John Deere were still the best selling brand with 32.7% of the market, followed by CNH (26.9%, of which 18.1% was New Holland). AGCO were in third place with 20.9% (of which MF was 12.4% and Fendt/Valtra 4.4% and 4.1%).

CLAAs gained recorded a 5% shares, followed by Kubota (4.3%), AGRI-ARGO (2.9%), SDF (2.7%), JCB (1.2%) and all the others recording a 3.4% in total.
