Kramp say brand dealers have excellent access to their own brand of products. But what if another brand of tractor comes into the workshop for repair? That's when they believe can provide a solution.

Kramp has upgraded its tractor parts experience
For a number of years now, Kramp has been working behind the scenes to build up a targeted and complete range of parts for all tractors between 3 and 20 years of age that are currently in use in the fields. The major product groups are filters, automatic clutches, brakes, electrics and lighting, starter motors and alternators, along with fuel and cab parts. In fact, the range includes all common wear parts for all brands and tractor types.
Parts for the brands Case, New Holland and John Deere can all be found via a new structure in the webshop. Hundreds of thousands of new product links for these brands have been added to the webshop, meaning that the number of tractor parts available has increased significantly. The aim is to have the range for all other major tractor brands available by 2016.
Finding the right part is easy, as Gerrit Cazemier, Category Manager at Kramp, explains: "One method is to search for the original part number, which will take you straight to the right part or a suitable alternative. The second method is to select according to the make and model of a tractor, which, again, will always take you to the right part step-by-step."

At present, Kramp customers can visit http://firstchoicetractorparts.com to take part in the competition to be crowned Parts Expert in the field of tractor parts. Each week, points can be earned by completing a quiz and playing a game on the site. The ultimate winner will receive an all-inclusive trip to the Kramp Open exhibition, which will be held from the 7th to the 9th November at the Strullendorf site in Germany.
