STIHL will be showing RHS Tatton Park Flower Show visitors its VIKING iMow robotic mower from 22 - 26 July, on its large scale demonstration lawn.

Viking iMow
Bolstering its cordless tool range, visitors will also be introduced to the new AP300 battery that allows for longer, more powerful cable-free gardening, along withlive demonstrations of STIHL's expanded cordless range.
With simple intuitive programming the iMow can avoid obstacles and master even hilly terrain, as will be demonstrated at Tatton Park. As soon as the iMow touches an obstacle, sensors under its movable hood determine the best direction for circumventing it and continuing on with the job at hand.
Using VIKING's practical online tool, www.viking-imow.co.uk, gardeners can easily make a layout drawing of their garden and a planner will work out roughly how long the iMow will need to mow the lawn. The average mowing time per charged battery for the iMow is more than two hours. What's more, VIKING Specialist Dealers will provide a free evaluation to ensure the iMow is the right tool for each garden, will expertly install it and provide ongoing support and servicing.
STIHL also say they are proud to present the new AP 300 battery at Tatton Park.. This battery has replaced the AP 180 one that has been previously powered STIHL cordless products. The AP 300 has even more capacity than the AP 180 and thus longer running time for all STIHL cordless machines, yet still boasts the same light weight of 1.7kg. It features an energy output of 227 WH.
With the help of the AP 300 battery, the STIHL team is looking forward to impressing Tatton Park show-goers with live demonstrations of the expanded STIHL cordless range. From chainsaws to brushcutters and hedge trimmers, each of the 16 STIHL cordless tools delivers effortless results accompanied by extremely quiet operation.
