EXECUTIVE CHANGES AT KRAMP
Integration with Grene

With effect from January this year, Kramp Group announced a number of changes to the composition of its Executive Board.

Kramp Group's Executive Board L-R: Tom Wolterinck,  Mario Babic, Eddie Perdok, Hans Scholten and Carsten Thygesen

Carsten Thygesen, the former CEO of Grene, has joined the Executive Board.

Simultaneously Steffen Schütze and Sybrand Brouwer, although remaining within the Kramp business, are no longer members of the Executive Board.

In 2013, Kramp Group and Grene Group amalgamated. 2014 saw the first steps of this amalgamation, through identifying and capitalising on "synergies in purchasing and product ranges". Now Kramp is taking the next step with its realistic growth ambition in Europe: the integration of both companies.

Eddie Perdok CEO said, "2014 was a good year for us, with a positive result. A year in which we noticed that Kramp and Grene reinforce each other. Financially, we are a healthy and robust company with a clear ambition to grow towards a turnover of €725 million this year. I am convinced that Carsten's experience will strengthen the team to realise this ambition and for honouring the promise we made to our customers: 'It's that easy'."

Composition of the Executive Board

  • Eddie Perdok (CEO)
  • Hans Scholten (CFO)
  • Mario Babic (Sales)
  • Carsten Thygesen (Product Management)
  • Tom Wolterinck (Operations)
