ATV & SIDE-BY-SIDE SALES RISE
By 5.7% in 2016
The number of All Terrain Vehicles (ATV) and Side by Side units recorded by the AEA ATV/Quad Group increased by 5.7% in 2016 to 11,773 units.

Theodora Levanti-Rowe, Outdoor Power Equipment Economist at the AEA said, "The machines covered in this enquiry are those of a type sold mainly into agriculture and do not cover leisure or sports units." Group Chairman, Stephen Morris of Honda UK, commented, "After some years of Side by Side units increasing at the expense of ATVs, we are pleased to record that in 2016 both categories grew."
