From 16th June 2014 Rea Valley Tractors will be launching their new RTK network from all four of its depots.

RTK (Real Time Kinematic) is a satellite correction signal which provides 2cm accuracy to agricultural machinery with GPS receivers for John Deere and non-John Deere systems such as Trimble and Topcon.

The service supplies a correction signal to most brands of RTK GPS receivers allowing customers to avoid the expense of installing a base station at individual locations and reduce running costs.

The network of base stations will cover Derbyshire, Shropshire, Cheshire, Staffordshire and Mid Wales all backed up with a full support service for an annual subscription of £695 per annum.
