Rochford Garden Machinery has an exciting and rare opportunity for a Technical Manager / Retail Service Manager to join their Management Team.

The role is based at the Rochford head office in Wincanton, Somerset. You will be joining a fast paced, energetic, successful and expanding company which is recognised as one of the leading garden machinery suppliers in the UK.

The role is a key position within the business; you will support over 1,200 valued dealers giving specialist advice and guidance in a technical capacity for exclusive brands such as AL-KO, Mitox, DR and Weibang. The role also involves managing the Retail Service Department.

Applicants are sought from within the garden machinery industry with a 'must have' in depth knowledge of 2-stroke and 4-stroke machines. You must be prepared to travel and participate in meetings with suppliers at factories, and be able to organise and present at Dealer Service Courses within the UK and Ireland.

Enthusiasm and a general interest in garden machinery and the industry is essential. You must be an eager and organised individual, self motivated, driven and live by a sense of urgency. If this is you, then please get in touch!
