BOSCH DEMO EVENT NEXT WEEK
'Future of Professional Gardening' at Greenwich

Bosch has announced the first Professional Garden Tools demonstration event at Devonport House, Greenwich, on Thursday 18th June, between 9am and 4pm.

The company will showcase and demonstrate their environmentally friendly garden tools - battery powered lawnmowers, brush-cutters and line trimmers.

There will be refreshments throughout the day including lunch between 12 and 2pm. There will also be a raffle for all attendees and the chance to win a GRA 53 lawnmower + 2 batteries & 2 charger packs worth more than £2,000.

The new range of battery-powered mowers, brush-cutters and line trimmers are aimed at the professional market. By using highly efficient battery systems and eliminating servicing costs, the company says the mowers effectively pay for themselves in less than three years of regular use.

A spokesperson for Bosch said, "For professional gardeners using the new Bosch cordless garden tools for up to four hours per working day, the fuel savings and lack of servicing costs would mean that the switch from petrol to electric would save around £520 per year. Regardless of usage patterns, the annual energy cost of battery versus petrol tools is well below 10%."

The British-built products allow for all-day working due to low noise and low vibration levels produced by the weatherproof high performance batteries. The battery brush cutters are ideal for use in noise sensitive areas thanks to the low noise cutting blade and line.

"Not only does our new range provide a powerful battery-powered alternative to petrol," said Bosch garden expert Joao Barufi, "our mower is also quieter than some domestic vacuum cleaners so professionals can get on with their work at any time of the day."

All interested parties are invited to attend the demonstration event. More details here
