- Getting to Jastrebarskso: If you arrive in Zagreb by plane, Zagreb Franjo Tudjman Airport is about 15km outside of the heart of Zagreb. There are a number of options in getting to and from Zagreb Airport, all of which are relatively straightforward
- Transportation Options from Zagreb to Jastrebarsko: Croatian Railways (HŽPP) operates a train from Zagreb Glavni Kol. to Jastrebarsko hourly. Tickets cost $2 - $4 and the journey takes 36 min. Alternatively, Samoborček operates a bus from Zagreb Savski most to Jastrebarsko every 4 hours. Tickets cost $3 - $5 and the journey takes 42 min.
ABOUT ETCC
The European Tree Climbing Championship (ETCC) provides a competitive but educational opportunity for working arborists in Europe to demonstrate and exchange new climbing techniques and equipment, as well as safe work practices. The ETCC also increases the interaction between various firms, ISA European chapters and Associate Organizations and members, and provides positive public exposure for the profession in that region of the world.
The winners of this event represent Europe at the annual International Tree Climbing Championship.
