Benefits to customer ordering

Central Spares have significantly updated their website, which will provide their trade customers additional benefits when ordering online.


The new www.centralspares.co.uk

"Most parts orders received at Central Spares are now received via the internet," said managing director,  Andrew Cole. "Customers of all sizes find ordering at a time convenient to them becoming increasingly more important . This could extend to the evening or during the weekend. We expect this trend to continue and in addition we are seeing access to our site made from computer tablets and mobile devices, it is important therefore that we move with this trend."

The improved website from has a clearer design with additional product information, faster page loading and adaptive layout for tablet and mobile use. 

"It's all about improved communication and convenience of use," said Andrew Cole. "We want to ensure our customers can access our catalogue, identify parts from the many machines diagrams and order their parts from wherever they are and on whatever type of device they are using."
