CLAAS AND KRAMER
Ending telehandler manufacturing agreement
It has been announced that Claas and Kramer have mutually agreed to end their agricultural telehandler partnership in 2018. The 10-year arrangement between the two German companies for Kramer to build the Scorpion telehandler in Claas livery will come to an end in three years. Meanwhile, the two companies will continue to sell the telehandlers independently into both agricultural and construction industries, and will provide services and spares to customers in the long term. Swiss machinery maker Liebherr will take on the mantle of building the Scorpion for Claas from January 2018.
