VIKINGS INVADING HAMPTON COURT
Promotion ahead of next week's show

Viking are not only showing their products at next week's Hampton Court Palace Flower Show, they are also invading London streets.

Viking branded London taxis

The company has started a concerted and creative marketing campaign to capitalise on its presence at the show and draw the thousands of visitors to its brand and range. One of the feature products on the STIHL Group stand will be the VIKING iMow robotic lawn mower. This will be displayed alongisde the company's exclusive range of cordless, electric and petrol-powered lawn mowers, and a choice of new lawn tractors launched this spring.

Vking is giving visitors the opportunity to arrive there in style as a fleet of fresh green branded taxis hits London streets. The taxis are expected to build strong brand awareness throughout their nine-month long drives, with both their on-the-road presence and a photo upload incentive running on social media until 14 July.

"This is just one of the marketing initiatives we've planned to build our brands in the market this year, and proves our dedication to powering a consistent flow of familiar and new customers to Dealers," comments Simon Hewitt - Head of Marketing at STIHL GB. "We're really excited about the VIKING campaign and other activities we're running at Hampton Court next week, so keep watching this space", he concludes.
