GREAT PLAINS EXPAND INTO POLAND
New importer established

Great Plains cultivator
Wanicki Agro, based at Krakow in the South of the country, is Great Plains' new importer for Poland.

The company say they have made a fast start after launching their machines in the country at the Agrotec Show, held at Kielce, and have staged several field demonstrations.

Wanicki Agro is a family-run business, being founded in 1991 by Wieslaw Wanicki.

It is currently developing an agricultural portfolio alongside its successful business supplying vehicles to the transport and construction industries.

Bartek Wanicki, son of founder Wieslaw, who heads the operation, says:"We are keen to diversify our company and 100% committed to ensuring our new agricultural business matches the success of our other divisions. We are willing to invest in experienced people to help us develop a successful business in this competitive market place."

Simon Revell, Great Plains' European Exports Director, believes Wanicki's appointment holds great potential for both parties. "Wanicki has already staged successful working demonstrations of the Great Plains Simba DTX and SLD cultivators, and we look forward to them staging many more with other models from the company's range," he said.
