BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT MANAGER: GREAT BRITAIN SOUTH

Due to continued growth we have a vacancy for a Business Development Manager. This new, field-based position reports to the Head of Gardencare and the successful candidate will be responsible for developing our brands in Southern England, South Wales and the Channel Islands. Key responsibilities will include:

  • Preparing and implementing the territory sales plan to ensure delivery of the territory sales budget;
  • Identifying and securing new business opportunities that are consistent with the values of each of the company's brands;
  • Professionally representing the company and consistently offering exceptional levels of customer service and support.

Highly motivated and proactive, the successful candidate will have a proven track record of success in the garden machinery sector and be used to working across a wide geographic area. They will be:

  • Enthusiastic and self-motivated;
  • Well organised and able to manage their time effectively;
  • Prepared to travel within and beyond the territory;
  • Capable of communicating and presenting effectively.

Additionally, the successful candidate will be computer literate, hold a full UK driving license and have the right to live and to work in the UK.
