SPEARHEAD ACHIEVE BSI ISO
Successful accreditation

Spearhead Machinery Ltd has announced its successful accreditation to the widely recognised standard - BSI ISO 9001:2015.

ISO 9001 is the internationally recognised Quality Management System (QMS) standard which allows companies to continually improve, streamline operations and reduce costs, demonstrating strong internal process and methodologies to build a sustainable business and drive business forward.

Spearhead say their success is testament to the thorough assessment programme by BSI to review the company’s quality management systems and processes.

Equally important to current processes and systems was the need to demonstrate improvement programmes and the company’s adaptability to continually changeable customer and business needs, and through the evidence presented, BSI were able to officially rubber stamp Spearhead’s application in August.

Antony Prince, Director of Sales & Marketing commented, “Spearhead’s success in achieving the BSI standard is due to the collaboration and teamwork experienced within the company, and the wider group - Alamo Group Europe Ltd. We are extremely proud to have been awarded this high accolade, and by achieving this standard we have a firm basis from which we can grow our business in a sustainable way.”
