CHARLIE JOINS OPICO
Takes on role of demonstrator and engineer

Charlie Thompson

OPICO has appointed Charlie Thompson as a new machinery demonstrator and technical support engineer, covering the north of England and Scotland. Charlie will be supporting dealers and providing demonstrations of HE-VA, OPICO, Maschio and Gaspardo machinery.

Charlie began his career teaching agricultural machinery servicing and repairs to farmers in Poland, Kenya and Australia, before moving to machinery maintenance on a large mixed farm in Norfolk. He then moved to a New Holland dealership in Lincolnshire where he took on the repairs and maintenance of a wide range of agricultural machinery.

In his new role, Charlie will be providing technical support and training to dealers across the north of Britain, as well as on-farm machinery demonstrations.

OPICO’s Angus Steven commented: “Charlie’s skills from his machinery operations background will allow him to provide practical technical support and training, I am sure he will work well with dealers and customers.”

Charlie is based in Bourne, Lincolnshire and can be reached on 07508 708990 or by emailing charlie.thompson@opico.co.uk He covers northern England and Scotland.
