ATV SALES RISE
Improved performance sustains revival
Sales of All Terrain Vehicles (ATV) and Side by Side units recorded by the AEA ATV/Quad Group increased by 5.1% in 2015 to 11,310 units. The figures reflect machines sold into agriculture and related industries and do not cover leisure or sports mchines.. ATV Group Chairman, Rupert Archer-Smith of Yamaha Motor, commented: “This was a satisfactory result coming after a healthy market revival in 2014 and utility units were one of the few product groups to increase sales in what was a difficult year for many branches of farming and rural industries”.
