Mike left school and started an apprenticeship and quickly moved through the ranks and different departments before finally settling in the Service team. He later became Service Manger.

Bomford Turner say Mike was a fantastic ambassador for them and had travelled all over the world supporting their loyal customers and distributors. A spokesperson for the company said, "We would like to thank Mike for all his years of loyal service and a happy retirement."

Mike's colleague Mark Cresswell has taken over the position of Service Manger.
