Monday and Tuesday this week (January 8th and 9th 2018) saw New Holland and Kuhn Farm Machinery dealers Oakes Bros Ltd officially open their new Coombe Bissett branch.

Intended to serve the Salisbury and South Wiltshire territories, the company says the new facility will provide excellent customer service and first-rate product knowledge. It will also offer workshop facilities with expert technicians ready to carry out work at the depot or on-site.

Oakes Bros Ltd operates from three other depots in Berkshire, West Sussex and Micheldever, Hampshire and is well established in the area.

The open days this week saw Oakes showing off the latest New Holland and Kuhn equipment to customers who also got to enjoy a hog roast on the first day and a buffet the next. 

In a statement on their Facebook page Oakes thanked everyone who came along to the opening and made special thanks to their staff. A post on their page said, "Thank you to our fantastic staff who have worked so hard over the last couple of days to make the opening such a success. Justin, Luke, Jake, Ben and Joe, outstanding working out in the bitter cold to get customers parked and safely into the event. Mike, Gemma and Pam signing customers in and selling raffle tickets. Great job one and all."
