Conference director Julie Gill said "I am delighted to welcome Gardencare as a Networking Sponsor and thank them for their support of this major Dealer event."

The conference, entitled DEALER 2020 has been designed by dealers, for dealers. It will consist of three key sessions:

1. What will the DEALER OF 2020 look like and how can the dealer ensure that his business stands out from the rest?

2. What impact will technological changes have on probably the most important element of a dealer’s business, SERVICE?

3. How will dealers COMMUNICATE WITH CUSTOMERS in the future?  How can they mix the traditional, the tried and tested with social media and new technology?

These three sessions will take place alongside a KEYNOTE ADDRESS by BBC Countryfile presenter Adam Henson, and by our version of the BBC TV QUESTION TIME with panel debate sessions during the day from an invited panel.
