Amatechnica 2014, held on 22nd May 2014 at Amazone in Hasbergen-Gaste, Germany, was again well attended.

Throughout the day around 5,500 farmers, agricultural contractors and industry professionals came to the event to catch up on the latest Amazone agricultural machinery. On the 12 hectare exhibition site, a varied programme was presented to the visitors, among them more than 1,000 from around the world.

In the course of the machinery drive pasts and practical demonstrations, visitors had the chance to evaluate those Amazone's innovations first seen at Agritechnica in practical demonstrations. Much attention was on the new Cayron plough, the first, in-house produced, reversible plough from Amazone.

Also as part of the event visitors had a chance to attend a full seminar programme, take part in a factory tour and view a display of vintage machinery.
