The True Blue ® fuel lines are compatible with up to 100% pure ethanol and all fuel lines come clearly marked with E10 compatibility.

E10 is a biofuel made up of 10 % Ethanol. Unlike regular unleaded petrol, ethanol absorbs carbon dioxide which partially offsets greenhouse gas emissions.

Although E10 is not rolled out in the UK at this moment in time, it is widely used in other parts of Europe including Germany, France and Finland.

The UK government now need to meet their emissions target which calls for 10% of transport energy to stem from renewable sources by 2020, meaning UK fuel will need to be E10 by 2020.

So, look out for the E10 symbol on Stens products as we stay ahead of current changes and future- proof our range.
