LTA UNDERGOES 10 YEAR REVIEW
Accreditation scheme for technicians and parts personnel

The Landbased Training Accreditation Scheme, formerly Landbased Technician Accreditation Scheme, offers a career progression path to aid the recruitment, retention and training of staff who choose a career in the landbased engineering industry.

From yesterday (1st March 2018) a number of changes to the scheme have simplified its processes, lessened the financial burden on subscribers and enhanced the value of being part of the LTA Scheme.

A new scheme administrator has also been appointed with effect from March 1st along with a new logo and a new focus on both raising the awareness of the LTA scheme and adding value for those engaging within the scheme.

LE-TEC Ltd extend its thanks to the outgoing administrators, IAgrE, for their commitment over the past 10 years and at the same time welcome the newly appointed administration body BAGMA who will undertake the administration of LTA from March 1st.

In line with the new General Data Protection Regulations, GDPR, LTA will be instigating a new on line registration document and contacting those in the scheme with information regarding GDPR in the near future as required.

Access to LTA registration from now can be found on the industry website www.landbasedengineering.com The LTA registration application process will be updated and simplified over the coming months.

LE-TEC are in the process of reviewing all aspects of the LTA scheme in conjunction with industry and will release information to scheme participants when available.
