Kioti UK has announced the appointment of Richard Green as the business’s new area sales manager for Scotland and northern England.

Based in central Scotland, Richard has considerable knowledge and experience of compact tractors and the groundcare industry from his previous roles, says Patrick Desmond, Kioti UK general manager.

“He also has the advantage of already being familiar with the Kioti range of products, having sold them successfully in his previous employment, and has experience in both the agricultural and construction industries,” said Patrick.

Meanwhile, the firm is also now providing four years’ warranty cover for all tractors in its range. The first two years cover the whole tractor for parts and labour, while years three and four relate to the engine and transmission only, including parts and labour. Terms and conditions, including regular dealer servicing, apply to the warranty.

“Sales of Kioti tractors have gone from strength to strength over the last few years since the formation of Kioti UK,” said Patrick.

“This step should further increase the attractiveness of the tractor product line - which now spans 26-113hp - to professional end users, alongside the Mechron diesel utility vehicles and the commercial cut-and-collect WD1260 ride-on mower.”
