FUELLING NEW OPPORTUNITES TO INCREASE SALES REVENUE
Husqvarna XP® Power 2 & Husqvarna Power 4

As we approach the main selling season the opportunity to cross sell machinery related accessories increases strengthening customer relations and with it increased revenue.

New for 2018, Husqvarna has introduced two new pre-mixed alkylate fuels, Husqvarna XP® Power 2 and Husqvarna Power 4, designed for both professional and domestic use. The fuels offer the Authorised Husqvarna dealer network a new Husqvarna brand revenue stream whilst reinforcing the message of Husqvarna for your Husqvarna. The alkylate fuels have been specifically formulated to optimise the performance of Husqvarna products, whilst providing both the dealer and end customers with a range of additional benefits which include:

  • Optimised specifically for Husqvarna engines (XP® Power 2)
  • Prevents downtime increasing customer productivity
  • Extends product lifetime
  • Eliminates fuel related issues
  • Improved engine starting
  • Long storage shelf life ideal for occasional users and for products stored over the winter
  • Eliminates mixing issues – pre-mixed (XP® Power 2)
  • VEF - Verified Engine Formula (XP® Power 2)
  • Healthier working environment for both operator and people close by
  • Increased productivity and safety
  • Reduces carbon footprint

XP® Power 2 is designed for 2-stroke products and is conveniently pre-mixed with exactly 2% of Husqvarna XP synthetic 2-stroke oil, providing efficient combustion leaving a cleaner, cooler, healthier engine with minimal harmful substances in the emissions. It also prevents inner corrosion, makes starting easier, reduces the need for service and minimises downtime. XP® Power 2 is also VEF approved.

Power 4 is designed for 4 stroke products and provides efficient combustion for a clean, healthy engine with a minimum of harmful substances in the exhaust emissions.

Stocking Husqvarna XP® Power 2 and Husqvarna Power 4 can increase the frequency customers return to your dealership, in turn increasing revenue potential from repeat fuel sales as well as the opportunity to make additional revenue through selling other Husqvarna items. Customer’s purchasing fuel from conventional sources such as filling stations are less likely to return as often.

The new fuels are available in 1 litre containers supplied in boxes of 12 and 5 litre containers supplied in boxes of 3. Orders can be placed by single box, ¼ pallet (1 layer), ½ pallet (2 layers) or full pallet quantities. A dedicated Power filler anti-spill spout accessory is also available ensuring safe and spill free re-fuelling direct from the 5 litre containers.

To support sell through and increase presence in store Authorised Husqvarna dealers ordering fuel for the first time will receive an XP® Power 2 and Husqvarna Power 4 support pack. The pack includes a floor stand for the display of fuel containers as well as a POS pack which allows machines to be merchandised throughout the store referencing the fuels. The POS pack includes chainsaw bar covers, leaflets, poster, desk stand & product stickers.
