Up on same month last year

During the month, 1,187 machines were registered

For the third month in a row UK registrations of agricultural tractors (over 50hp) showed double digit percentage growth, compared with June a year earlier.

Stephen Howarth, Agricultural Economist at the AEA who released the figures said, "During the month, 1,187 machines were registered, 14% more than in the same month last year.

"This brings the total for the first half of the year to 6,530 units, nearly 400 (6%) more than in January to June 2017."
