CHANGES AT KUHN
Transition and continuity in management

In January 2014, it was announced that Michel Siebert, President of Kuhn Group, would step down from his operational duties at the end of September 2014. This management change has now become effective.

Thierry Krier has officially succeeded Michel Siebert as President and CEO of Kuhn Group effective October 1.

On the left, KUHN Group’s Vice Presidents Jeannot HIRONIMUS (Business Development) and Roland RIEGER (Sales & Marketing) and on the right, Jean-Luc COLLIN (Production and Research) and Dominique SCHNEIDER (Finance and Controlling) surround Michel SIEBERT, Chairman of the Board and Thierry KRIER, the new KUHN Group President & CEO, in front of the new showroom and training center “Kuhn Center for Progress” which opened in 2013.

To ensure continuity, Michel Siebert will remain Chairman of the Board of the Kuhn SA, Kuhn-Audureau and Kuhn-Huard companies, and has accepted to conduct certain non-operational missions for some time for the Group.

Michel Siebery has served Kuhn for more than thirty five years. He was appointed President of Kuhn Group in 1999. Under his leadership, Kuhn developed from a successful French company to a globally thriving enterprise employing over 5,000 people and operating 12 production sites in Europe, in North and South America, as well as 11 marketing and distribution companies located on all five continents. In 2013, Kuhn Group’s revenues exceeded 1 Billion euros, with a high level of profitability.

Thierry Krier started with Kuhn Group in 1990. He has spent the last 20 years as President and CEO of the Kuhn companies in North America, and has played a key role in its development on this continent in part thanks to the successful acquisitions of the companies Knight in 2002 and Krause in 2011. Today, Kuhn generates close to 30% of its sales in North America.
