LAMMA TO HIGHLIGHT INTERNATIONAL TRADE OPPORTUNITES
Trade Export Advice Centre at show

The organisers of the upcoming LAMMA exhibition (Wednesday 18th and Thursday 19th January, East of England Showground, Peterborough) say they are delighted to welcome the Department for International Trade (DIT) Trade Export Advice Centre to the event.

Visitors and exhibitors will have the opportunity to use the Trade Export Advice Centre and benefit from meeting with experienced personnel who will be available during the event to discuss opportunities to accelerate global growth.

Visitors will also be able to schedule one-to-one meetings with DIT officials from commercial teams in South Africa and Ukraine to learn more about specific opportunities in those markets.

Elisabeth Mork-Eidem, group head of events at Briefing Media, which owns LAMMA, said: “We are delighted to have DIT at LAMMA for the first time this year. It gives exhibitors who are seeking assistance to expand into international markets access to influential buyers from overseas, as well as providing vital trade advice.”

The Department for International Trade Export Advice Centre will be located in Hall 2, stand 207. LAMMA visitors and exhibitors can either have an informal chat at the show or can contact the centre directly ahead of the event to arrange a private meeting.

Interested parties should contact https://www.exportingisgreat.gov.uk/opportunities for further information or to request a meeting.

Cliff Wilson, deputy head of Agri-Tech International Trade & Investment, said: “The DIT team are looking forward to working with our overseas buyers from Southern Africa and Ukraine who keen to make business connections at the LAMMA show.”
