STIHL has announced a new end-user promotion on select tools for both professionals and homeowners that they say will support their 2019 TV advertising campaign.

The new promotion is available on Compact and Pro cordless models with a battery slot, and will run until 31st December 2019.

With every purchase of a tool from either range with the recommended battery and charger, based on the sets from the STIHL 2019 catalogue, customers will be eligible to purchase a second battery half price.

The company said in a statement that to provide STIHL Approved Dealers with flexibility when ordering, a number of kits made up of the standard Compact cordless sets are available with an additional battery. Alternatively, for models that do not come standard as a set - such as the Pro cordless tools (excluding models that require the connecting cable) - the tool, batteries and charger are now available as a promotional set, with the price of the second battery built in to the retail price.

STIHL say that to make it simple for dealers to order these promotional items, each kit has been set up with a single part number that encompasses all elements of the promotional campaign included in the offer.
